Should I feel comfortable accepting these gifts? My stance is a little more relaxed than most hardened vegetarian/vegan types, but I still feel pangs of guilt whenever I look at it. Just posting to create some kind of discussion, interested to know other people's opinions on the matter.

Moral Dilemma
Hmm, here's a tricky one. I'm a vegetarian, my main reason is because I believe that if I can live happily and heathily without eating meat, why should I contribute to its consumption and the needless death of animals, cruel farming practices and the destruction of land that could be used for crop growth. I still eat fish (i know.. i know) because if I didn't i'd probably keel over and die, or i'd been some insane victoria beckham kind of skinny. I don't buy leather products, shoes included. I have however accepted gifts made from various animals skins and leathers, the most recent of which is a beautiful red queen coin purse made from eel skin, which is stunning and I am aware that it is worth about $120, and the lining is croc skin.
